A list that does not quietly change : Agreed tasks are written into the quote or agreement. If they change, it happens in writing, with you.
Frequency that follows use : An eight person office and a busy clinic do not need the same thing. We work from your actual traffic.
Every visit zones and rotating zones : Washrooms and entrance every visit; baseboards, interior glass or appliances on rotation, as agreed.
One direct contact : You speak with the person organizing the work, not a queue.

Quality control starts from the written list.
A walked first visit : Where possible, we review the zones together after the first visit and adjust the list.
Simple reporting : A missed included task is best reported within 24 to 48 hours, with a photo if possible.
Correction where appropriate : If it concerns an included task, a corrective visit may be offered where appropriate.
What frequency do you recommend?
Whatever your traffic justifies. We discuss it during the free walkthrough, then it goes into the written quote. It can be revisited later.
Do you clean evenings or weekends?
Time windows are planned around your operations and site access. They are confirmed when we speak, with no promise before the walkthrough.
Do you supply products?
Cleaning products and washroom supplies are specified in the quote. We decide together.
Can I change the list during the agreement?
Yes. Any added or removed task is confirmed in writing, along with any effect on price.
