Does this guarantee a deposit back?

No. In Québec a landlord generally cannot require a security deposit (Tribunal administratif du logement). We talk about a clean handover and inspection, not a deposit.

I am leaving one home and moving into another. Two visits?

Yes: add the move in within the same flow. Each home has its own price and date. No package discount is invented, and if one date is no longer open, nothing is half booked.

What if the home is not empty?

Choose a deep clean instead, or pick the "Very dirty or cluttered" condition. The surcharge is visible before you confirm, never added later.
