What we check, concretely.
Areas seen first : Entrance, reception, washrooms: where a visitor forms an opinion in thirty seconds.
Touched surfaces : Handles, switches, counters, elevator buttons.
Rotating zones : Monthly tasks are tracked so they do not slip.
Access instructions : Door locked, alarm set, lights off: the end of the visit matters as much as the rest.
Will I get a report after every visit?
The follow up format is agreed with you. We do not claim an automated reporting tool at this time.
